Home Renovation Guide

Renovations can be exciting but overwhelming process for homeowners, so we have developed a new Home Renovation guide to help homeowners achieve the renovation they’ve been dreaming of.

This tool is great to share with your customers as it will help them through each stage of the process. It will help them get inspiration and select the right products to bring it all together. You may choose to go through the guide with your customers as this might help you understand their dream.

In this guide, you’ll find helpful advice from experts including:

  • Natalee Bowen of Indah Island, Hamptons designer and builder.
  • Joe Snell, architect and author of “Your Best Home”
  • Neil Hipwell of Futureflip, influential luxury home and duplex builder.
Linea weatherboards still look amazing on this Hamptons duplex two years on.

This beautiful Hamptons home in Seaforth NSW was built by Futureflip in 2018 and features our James Hardie Linea™ weatherboards in 180mm.

The homeowner, Nick specified Linea  weatherboards because not only is Linea the perfect product to achieve a Hamptons look, it’s also made from durable James Hardie fibre  cement which means you won’t experience the longevity issues of shrinking, swelling and warping.

Two years on and this home still looking amazing. Linea weatherboards are truly built to withstand the harsh Aussie climate and unique challenges we face.

Futureflip started building this home in April and finished in August. Thanks to quick and easy installation of the Linea weatherboards, Futureflip handed the keys over in just 16
weeks.

Kitchener installation featuring Axon Cladding

Discover the latest project from Futureflip featuring Axon™ cladding by James Hardie.

For this project, the clients wanted a Scandi barn style home that will stand out among the traditional Australian terrace style homes in the area. Futureflip knew Axon cladding 133mm smooth was the perfect product to achieve a bold, modern, striking façade.

Made from James Hardie fibre cement, Axon is impact resistant and durable, so it won’t warp, crack or swell. It’s also quick and easy to install because the sheets are cut to fit common wall frame sizes and you can gun nail to timber frames to speed up the installation process even more.
